Mindset Tips for 2022

A new year brings a lot of pressure to be a ‘new you.’ But, what actually are the chances of becoming a whole new person?! Become a better version of yourself, for yourself. Here are some tips to help your mindset to focus on your personal growth for the year!

  1. 20 minutes spent doing something is 100% more effective than spending 20 hours thinking about doing something

  2. Constant, uncomfortable action means you’re growing and getting closer to achieving your goals

  3. Don’t spend too much time anticipating what others might think of an action you take - everyone approaches the world from their own lens!

  4. We always do the things we want to do first, and put off doing the things we don't want to do. PLAN to do the things you don't want to do, and hold yourself accountable!

  5. Make sure you are taking time and space for yourself, so you have more of yourself to give to others

  6. Use only positive words when talking - avoid all negatives, such as “I can’t”, “I don’t know how,” etc.

  7. Focus on good things, no matter how small.. ALL successes are successes no matter the size!
